WEEK 1
Introductory call & intake
We explore your situation and wishes, and see if we're a good match. Completely no-obligation — you decide.
PHASE 1 · WEEKS 2–4
Foundation — Understanding Yourself
In this phase we slow down and take stock. We explore what brought you here, what patterns keep repeating, and what you truly need. Many clients describe this phase as a relief — finally being fully seen and heard.
PHASE 2 · WEEKS 5–9
Depth — Shifting What's Underneath
This is where the real work happens. Using a combination of conversation, body awareness, and practical exercises, we work on the root causes of your struggles. You'll notice shifts — in how you respond to stress, in how you relate to yourself, in what feels possible.
PHASE 3 · WEEKS 10–12
Integration — Taking It Into Your Life
In the final phase we anchor your new insights and translate them into daily life. We look ahead: who do you want to be, and how do you protect that? You leave with a concrete action plan and the tools to keep growing independently.
